       How do I enroll my child?

Enrollment is simple:

  2. Complete the registration forms.

       How often should my child attend tutoring?

Most students benefit from one or two sessions each week. Students needing intensive intervention or preparing for major exams may benefit from more frequent sessions.

       How do you determine what my child needs?

Every student completes an initial academic assessment. We also review report cards, classroom performance, teacher feedback (when available), and parent concerns to develop an individualized learning plan.

       Will I receive updates about my child's progress?

Yes. Parents receive regular progress updates that may include:

       What if my child struggles with confidence in math or chemistry?

Building confidence is one of our highest priorities. We create a supportive learning environment where students can ask questions, make mistakes, and develop problem-solving skills without fear of judgment.

       What payment methods do you accept?

We accept several convenient payment methods. Available payment options will be provided during enrollment. Payment is due in accordance with the selected tutoring package and payment agreement.

       What is your cancellation policy?

We request at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible if a session must be canceled or rescheduled. Please refer to the Tutoring Agreement for complete details regarding missed sessions and make-up opportunities.

       Can tutoring help improve grades?

While no tutoring service can guarantee specific grades, consistent attendance, active participation, completion of recommended practice, and collaboration between the tutor, student, and family often contribute to improved academic performance and increased confidence.

       Do you communicate with classroom teachers?

With parent permission, we may collaborate with classroom teachers to better understand a student's academic needs and to support consistent learning goals.

       Do you offer summer tutoring?

Yes. We offer summer enrichment and bridge programs designed to help students strengthen foundational skills, prepare for upcoming courses, and reduce summer learning loss.

       Do you provide SAT, ACT, or college preparation?

Yes. We provide mathematics preparation for college entrance exams, placement tests, and advanced high school coursework.

       How can parents support their child's success?

Parents can help by:
